Recently, her passion has evolved, leading her to join in the growing movement of women in the trades. Driven by a desire to break barriers and inspire others, she is committed to promoting gender diversity in traditionally male-dominated fields. With her background in education, she brings a unique perspective to the trades, advocating for mentorship, skill development, and equal opportunities for women to succeed in hands-on, skilled professions.

With a diverse background spanning retail, education, and property management, Kristen has cultivated a passion for fostering meaningful relationships in every aspect of her work. Her journey began in the dynamic world of retail, where she honed her

customer service skills and learned the value of building rapport with clients. Transitioning into the education sector, she had the privilege of forming close bonds with students, parents, and colleagues alike, creating a supportive environment where everyone felt valued and heard. Extrapolated through her experience in property management, where she focuses on crafting family-oriented spaces that tenants are proud to call home. Her experience has taught her the importance of community and the impact it has on people's lives.
